Type of a scam Debt Collections
On 11/20/2019 @1535 This debt collection company "LAW OFFICE ACE" sent an email to me stating that they have been trying to contact me about a loan that I took out. Not once did they let me know where and when I took the loan out. I do not even know the name of the company I supposedly took the loan out from. Then the next day 11/21/2019 @0950 they sent an email with my social security number enclosed in the email stating that legal actions would be charged against me for the following charges: "Violation of Federal Banking Regulation" "Collateral Cheque Fraud" and "Theft by Deception". If anyone emails you saying that you have taken out a loan and you know you haven’t I advise you to just not respond even if it does have you SSN in the email, call your local SS Office and get a block on your SSN so that if anyone tries to use your SSN that you will have to be called and verified before your social is used.
