Lavender Koala

I ordered two hair depilatory products that were ‘all natural’. One was meant to be an oil, but came in a bottle as a cream emulsion with no instructions. The second was meant to be a spray foam. It came in a pump action bottle that dispenses a liquid that smells exactly like Veet/Nair- definitely not the description provided. I gave both a 1 star review for false advertising and a waste of money. Over a week later they very conveniently don’t reflect my rating, only the ‘4 & 5 star’ ratings.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a product from Lavender Koala on May 14th. I have yet to receive my product as of today, August 7th, 2020. I have emailed Lavender Koala many times and I still get the same email saying it’s still enroute. After looking on Lavender Koala on Facebook, many people have the same complaint as myself. Please help
