A LATAM airline employee at Santiago de Chile airport, told me the purchase of a ticket was 80% refundable, I paid extra money for a refundable flight 3 months in the future to ensure it would be refundable. I paid 1,900 USD for a one way flight!!!!! This was in July, it is December. I filed for a refund before the date my flight was to be refunded in July. This is Illegal and criminal. They only refunded me 90 USD$. Outrageous.
