I received a product that I didn’t order. When I contacted the company I found they said it was my second shipment of lash serum. I had been charged an initial $7.97, two weeks later $149, and two weeks after that $89.95. I called the number and when I kept asking for a manager, they kept telling me they weren’t available and offering some of my money back. I am filing a fraud complaint with my bank and hope to get my money back that way.

Their website advertises “Try it before you buy it!” What they mean is, it’s only free for 14 days. You pay shipping for the “trial.” After the 14 days they will then charge you $149.95 for the product that they already sent to you as well as $89.95 for a subscription. No information is sent with their emails. No contact information, no website, no username, no way to cancel or even read their Terms and Conditions. The only way I was able to obtain any of this information was by calling the number on my “receipt.” The receipt was solely for my “subscription” but a product was included. A product that apparently costs $149.95 which they told me they would charge me for each product (2) that they’d sent me.

I found an ad on Snapchat that said try the lash serum for longer eyelashes for free, shipping only. I received the product and later was charged an additional $149.95 and received no additional product. I spoke with the merchant and they refused to issue a refund.
