First received a message through messenger from someone saying she was his wife’s cousin. Said she had received $80,000 from Larry Parker and gave his number to text. Wife texted Larry Parker and he offered her an $80,0000 grant for free from the USDA. He asked for $1,500 in Walmart gift cards before he could send the $80,000. They gave him their home address but nothing else to identify them.
