Was interested in buying land from them. After numerous back and forth emails where they inundate you with useless, non relevant deeds that only confirm that they have acquired the land from unsuspecting elderly people. The documents are notarized yet not filed with the county so they don’t count. Per the other reviewer, they are scamming people out of their land for no money out of their pockets only to resell to people who are interested in paying monthly for a parcel of land. In my opinion, I wouldn’t put it past them to be accepting monthly payments from multiple buyers for the same property. They use being located in Chicago or being out of the country (during the pandemic), phony politeness, poor use of emojis and non relevant answers to your questions to obfuscate the fact that they are full of [censored]. Type of a scam Investment
I got a mail (see attached) where they are purchasing my 10-acre property (parcel 29174.9036) for $15,769.69. This property is valued at least 60,000-70,000 USD. They included a form that I needed to sign to sell them the property.
I own 5 parcels in Washington state, and I know that is NOT how properties get sold.
Please help in stopping them. I realize that a person who does not understand the meaning behind this paper could just sign and send it back, and they will lose their property. This is a scam.
