I received a letter from this company indicating that public records show that I own property in Florida and they will offer me a "fast, trouble-free sale, as well as a fair price and immediate cash." The letter stated that of course the company, a "real estate investment company," would pay all of the fees. I could find no record of this company in the town in which it was supposedly located. I did not respond to the solicitation and do not want my personal information made available to the general public. However, I will respond to questions from the ScamPulse.com and from law enforcement, should this incident be investigated.
