The product is shipped from China. I bought what was supposed to be a human hair wig, but received a synthetic one that was a weird colour. I don’t believe this is a legit company. I received a FedEx bill for duty. There is no mention on their website that they ship from China. It took weeks to arrive and when I returned it, they said they didn’t receive it. I am out about $200. It cost $30 US to mail back the wig. The quality of the wig was a joke. There are similar posts on the internet about this company. I’m sorry I didn’t notice them prior to ordering from them. I have cancer, so I was looking for something decent to wear during chemo. What a disappointment. I trusted this company because I thought they shipped from Canada.
