Type of a scam Online Purchase

So , I’ve placed two orders from Lacegrip . I didn’t know that there where several people who hadn’t received their orders before I placed them. So I placed these orders on Black Friday , here it is December 7th and I have yet to receive an update on my tracking number. So I took it upon myself to ask the owner through her Instagram page when the tracking would update. She told me everything was shipped out they just have to Scan it. So then I waited a few more days . . so I then did more research and asked someone else who ordered from them if they ever got their order. They told me no, and that it took 6 weeks for the tracking to update . Once she complain to them they lied and told her they would send another . So December 6th, I went public on Facebook & tagged their business page. . Expressing how they were wrong for taking people’s money & not sending their product. . The owner Akore then again told me that everything wasn’t shipped out and to check for today for an up date . There’s still no update. So I’m I convinced that I will not be getting my product . I spent almost $80 in totals for the products. I honestly would love the product instead of my money. But it’s sad I had to do it this way
