A guy with a thick accent called in July and said he was w/ LA Animal Control or LA Dispatch, it was hard to tell. But as he said the phone number his accent began to fade. Why are they going to call me about my lost pet? I never told them. I checked the phone number he gave and it’s not correct. He never gave his name.
