Ordered from Krafty Chix via Groupon on Dec 9. The order ship time was 7-10 days. The only contact for the seller is an email address and they do not respond. It is Jan 3 and Groupon has been contacted as well with no assistance.

I ordered two products on Groupon in Dec 8,2017 to KraftyChix.
I emailed the company a week before Christmas to see the status of my order . Krafty Chix responded a few hours later and told me the shipping email would be sent on that night or the following night . I then sent another email asking if it would arrive before Christmas ?? No reply .
I then emailed several times after that for answers , no response . I reached out yo Groupon and they could have cared less that I didn’t and wouldn’t receive my prouducts .
Until this day , December 26,2017, I still have not received and email from KraftyChix or any type of shipment .
Thank god my bank did an investigation and refunded me my money .
Don’t order from them !
