Type of a scam Debt Collections
Trying to have me pay a debt that was already charged off from collections. They added $700 on top of what was already charged off. I talked to my state attorney general and said they have sued these scam companies before. They harass and call family members to let you know to call them. They won’t even provide me detailed documentation of how much and when it was owed. They just gave me a random amount. When I asked for documentation, they sent me an electronic read and sign to pay the amount. Now they threaten me with court.
