Type of a scam Debt Collections
Called my step son saying that they were trying to serve me and also called my State of Texas work phone anonymously. They told me they didn’t have the name of the company but that they were pursing legal action against me. She said I would be served with some kind of papers at work. When I tried to ask when the loan had even been taken out they refused to provide me with that information either. So no name of company, no date of loan and no paperwork of any kind. They really fought me on giving out their company name also and just kept giving me the run around with client services. I saved the voice mail on my phone.
