This guy has been doing this for several times.
He requested quotations for large volume products on my websites.
When you offer the quotation, he constantly changed shipping places. When you call, he changes his story every time.
I don’t know what his motivation is, just waste people’s time or sth. Don’t even bother to deal with him.
