Type of a scam Online Purchase
I found her on Instagram (Keshia-Jai Collections). I read her reviews and even researched her on different websites. I purchased 76.50 worth of facial creams, butters and more, the first time on May 18, 2018. I had read that shipment took awhile and processing too 7-10 business days. I was willing to wait because of her high reviews on how it worked. My confirmation email was sent June 1, 2018, letting me know that my product was on it’s way. I purchased a second shipment, the only reason I did was because it was a coupon, and my total came to 35.00 for 4-5 products. I sent an email on June 14th, asking about my first shipment and she said, it wasn’t in her control, USPS would deliver it. I was sent my tracking number and on the site, it says "USPS awaiting item". I emailed her June 15th, I got no answer. I emailed her June 18th, I got a reply. I’ll take pictures of every email and post them. I asked her if I could get my money back and basically they stopped replying. I will never see those products because they don’t exist. This will be my last time purchasing from an online website, no matter the reviews.
