On September 4, 2018 I ordered a red mixer online and paid $68.87 and paid through Pay Pal Mastercard. I checked for updates on September 23, October 12 and November 1, 2018. Each time I was told to be patient in stilted English. That it was clearing customs, etc. At least once a month thereafter I checked and as of 2 mos ago, I’ve gotten no reply at all. Nothing was ever delivered
