On Facebook market place we found this person Tamasii Kava representing a cement work company. We Inquired about cement work we needed at our home. Alipate Ofiu and another guy came out and measured the areas we needed the work done in and said they could start in 3 days time. I asked for examples of his work and he directed me to King Pavers YouTube videos and Instagram pages that in fact had high quality work on there. He asked for a deposit to purchase materials. I gave him $4,500 dollars. He came back a day later than initially planned and began to remove head and dirt. He worked for one day and then did not return for 3 days. When he did, he explained that he needed us to order and pay for materials as the deposit we gave him was frozen in his account due to child support issues. We immediately knew this was a ruse and asked for screen shots showing the money in the account. He never sent them. After digging I found he is related to King Paver people and has been taking money and posing as them before.
