Placed an on line order for seat covers for my truck. They were leatherette with black outside and red insert. Cost was $498.00. I was told they would take 3 weeks to make. After a month, I contacted the company by email and was told they were very busy but the seat covers would ship in a week. After several contacts and two weeks I was told by email on 4 occasions in a 4 week period that they had shipped. I sent numerous emails and left several phone messages for someone to call me with an update. After 2 1/2 months no one will call or respond. I finally received some seat covers. They were Nylon with black trim and grey insert and would not fit any of my truck seats. I have contacted the company by email and phone. No response. After the fact I have found several BAD reviews. Their method of operation is to take orders, take money, eventually send junk seat covers but never have any contact with customer. Also they removed their address from their website so no one could go to their business. They are in California. Be Aware!!!!!

We ordered seat covers from this company on December 9th of 2017. They advertised there turn around time was 3 to 6 weeks. I have emailed and called several times and only received one email in return.

Our average lead time is 3-6 weeks as our covers are made to order and test fit. We should see your covers going out later this week. We will email tracking as soon as they’re set to go.

the above email was the last thing I received from them on January 6th and still have not received the product.

I ordered custom seat covers on July 28, 2017 from the King of Seat Covers website. I had used the online chat to ask questions and it seemed legitimate. I placed my order and 3 weeks later I checked on my order via email and they said they were backed up but to expect my order in 2 weeks (they estimate 3-5 weeks for delivery). I checked on my order again on September 12 and they responded saying my order was going out the following week. I followed up many times since then and now I get no response, not from email, online chat, or phone. It has been 6 months since I placed my order for over $600 which I paid.

I have contacted the company many times asking for a refund or even have the covers remade to fit but I can’t get a response from anyone in the company.

I ordered custom made seat covers for my boyfriend’s truck as a Christmas present. I placed the order on November 21st 2017. That’s plenty of time to receive the order before Christmas. I called the company on December first to check on my order. I left a message at their voicemail and received no call back. I emailed them that day. I received a response saying they will still ship in time for Christmas. Christmas passed and nothing came. I called and left another message. No call back again. I emailed asking where my seat covers were. They responded and said they should get to me on January 1st, 2018. New years day came, and still no package. I called and emailed on January 8th 2018 asking where the package was. No response. I emailed again. Still no response. It’s January 15 2018. No package, No emails, and no calls.
