The seller asked to be paid via Paypal friends and family for immediate payment. After payment, QR barcode tickets were received but seller continued to sell the same tickets to 2 other buyers. Ticket numbers were exactly the same for all transactions. Since it was a direct payment and not for goods and services, it was not covered by Paypal buyer protection.
