I used their consignment service to sell two shoes. Kickkspot has 2 week pay out period. Meaning that after your shoes sell, they will pay you out 2 weeks after. I accepted the terms and left my shoes. After 2 months, I had heard nothing from Kickkspott so I assumed my shoes were not sold. Since they don’t have any phone number listed(should have been my first sign) I drove there on January 30th with the intent of picking up my shoes and just keeping them. Upon arriving I was told that both my shoes had just sold that past weekend and they were getting ready to contact me, this in itself seemed fishy but I didn’t ask anything or make a fuss. I was then told that they could schedule my payment for February 15th, a little over 2 weeks out mind you, and I accepted. On the 15th I got a call and was told that due to some changes in ownership/management my payment will be delayed by 1 week, I was now to be paid on the 22nd. The 22nd came and went and I received no call or payment. I called them on the 23rd, they did not pick up or call me back, they text me with a promise to look into the matter. After I got no call, I called them later that same night, I did not hear back until Saturday the 24th. They text me stating that I will get paid on Monday the 26th. To no little surprise I have not been paid. I got a text at 6 pm stating I will get a call from them soon, big surprise, no call. Their customer service is horrible and I will never use them again and I recommend you don’t either. The lack of communication frustrates me more than the lack of payment.
