I ordered a product from keyparents.com called “Periodic Table Display with Elements” and you can see all of the available similar named products at their site here: https://keyparents.com/search?query=elements Note that ALL of these products say that they include the chemical elements: “The Periodic Table Display with Real Elements”. The problem is that when the order confirmation came to me by email it said: “Item: Periodic Table Display with Elements Variant: Without Element Quantity: 1” I then sent an email saying that I ordered a unit WITH the elements and either wanted the order corrected or cancelled, but I got no reply. In the end, it took nearly 2 months to receive the product and it indeed did NOT include the element samples, just little pictures of them. I then started an email exchange with support. They said I ordered the wrong product, but as you can see, all versions on the site INCLUDE the elements, so it was not possible to order it without them.

In the end I had to open a case with PayPal, who helped broker a return and full refund, but I still had to ship the product back (from Canada to Australia) and pay the shipping which was about half of the product value, so I am VERY dissatisfied with keyparrents.com.

Do not order from keyparents it is a scam. I ordered masks in March and still have not received my product. It is June 25th. You cannot call and talk to anybody and when you use the Contact Us tab on website only one person, Shannon Lawson will answer and will not help at all. I have lots of emails and all they do is copy and paste same answer. They will say it was sent within 5 days and in delivery but backlogged and cannot be cancelled or refunded. I wish I knew how to get this site shut down as they have ripped off thousands of people, lots of comments which I wish I would of researched before buying. I was in COVID freak out and just hit buy, it’s terrible they are getting away with this at this horrible time.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased two face masks yesterday, 5/17/2020, due to the Covid19 pandemic. The purchase was made online at the companies website, keyparents.com. The order came to $34.90 and said I would receive an email with a receipt for the purchase. I never received an email, yet the money/purchase is pending in my bank account. I tried calling the company and a recording picks up and does not allow you to speak with anyone. I sent the company two emails and have not received any response. After then researching the reviews for this company, I found several that said the company is fraudulent and has stolen money from several people. I called my bank to report them and the purchase.
