ordered from the website keykrate on 11/24/19. they sell dog apparel. i had my suspicions and called the number. the guy sounded like he just woke up and i asked if it was keykrate. he all of a sudden said "oh yeah this is key krate" i said i was calling about my order and he said something about already having someone contact me and that my item was on back order. but i had just ordered tonight. i said id like a refund, gave him my order number, and said my purchase was for $26 but i only paid $15. my boyfriend also ordered from the website and spent $20. would just like our money back and for them to be shut down so no one else has to loose money.
