On 8/6/2020 I ordered a Keto supplement online with the promise it would arrive no later than 5 business days later. A few days later I was balancing my finances and noticed extra charges for items I did not purchase and that were not verified in the order I had placed.
I ordered the item for $69.99 and was subsequently charged $1.99 and $34.98 for other products.
I messaged the customer service chat on the website on 8/8/20 regarding the extra charges and was not offered a refund, only a discount on future purchases (see screenshots). I was also told I could send back all products for a $5 restocking fee.
I waited another week and called the customer service number (833-665-0721) on 8/17/20 about the order status and was given a tracking number through USPS and told it was already shipped on 8/8/20.
I called again on 8/18/20 and spoke to Mo, letting them know that according to the USPS site it hadn’t arrived to their facility at all and I asked for a full refund. No said they would send another shipment out because they had in fact NOT sent the items yet. I said no, I didn’t want the products anymore and only wanted a refund.
After an apparent 2 attempts to refund me electronically, Mo came back on the line and said they would send me an electronic check and it would take 14-30 business days to get to my email. I said that wasn’t acceptable and I asked them to try refunding me again- to which he said “I’m sorry but that will lock our system up. Thanks for calling” and hung up.

I woke up on August 7th, 2020 to find an email saying I made a $149.91 purchase for a KetoFast supplement subscription that I didn’t make. The order was placed at 7:34 AM and I called at 9:30 AM, right after I verified that my debit card had indeed been charged. I was told that they couldn’t process a refund because the order was already in fulfillment; the best they could do was to offer a 35% refund and I could keep the product. If I wanted a full refund I had to wait until I received the product and then call them back to process a return. Right after that I called my bank to cancel my debit card and file the paperwork to report fraud. I then noticed that the company had made another charge to my card for $34.99 for a bottle of KetoCleanse and also another $1.99 charge. I didn’t receive any emails about the additional charges. I received the product 3 weeks later and called today to process the return. I was told that I was going to have pay shipping myself and also a restocking fee, even though my card was used fraudulently. They offered the 35% refund again to keep the product. I was given two very long numbers for the return and told that it was going to take several weeks to process the return. I explained that I had to cancel my card because of the ordeal and asked to speak to a manager and the woman hung up on me. I called back, livid, and explained that I didn’t place the order in the first place and that I was going to call the news, my state’s Attorney General’s office, and the ScamPulse.com if I wasn’t give a refund. I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes and when the gentleman came back on, he said they would process a full return for all charges and asked for my card number. I said I was reluctant to give them my number because I didn’t want them to take any more money. I was assured that they would only process the refund – I found a prepaid debit card that I had and gave them that number since the card only had a small amound of money on it. I doubt they will refund the money, but we’ll see.

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
Ordered Ketofast product. First it states it is a deal, buy so many you get so many free. I thought before my payment went through I could review my order but other items got added, no review and I was charged. Since that order was placed, no product has came but they charged me. I have called and stated I never got my product. They state to wait longer, the pandemic is slowing their shipping. It has been a month and I have called and emailed to get a full refund and they refuse to do so. They state I need to send the product back at my expense. I told them I don’t have the product. Every time I call, they state to wait it’s coming. All I want back is my full refund of $186.92. All calls I have made and it appears it is not from US, I am going assume they are from the middle east. Hard to understand. I ask for a manager and they say he is busy. I believe this is a scam and very dissatisfied and disappointed of the money I am losing. I have no address and there are 5 different phone numbers. And I get the same run around. I just want my refund.

I ordered a one time supplement that turned into two billed separately products, and a monthly payment. Which I did not sign up for! When I called them to dispute payment, suddenly they do not speak good English.
