I placed an order on March 23, I have yet to receive it. I have been tracking it, it supposedly arrive at the customs on the border, I phoned UPS there have no record of the order number. I message Keto, they did reply, but still no order. They gave me a 5% discount, still no order. They charged me 325.00 which they said would be credited, still nothing . I will never order anything off Facebook again.

Husband placed the order yesterday, never received an email, have been on hold with that number for over an hour yesterday and an hour today. Immediately saw they charged our credit card for $199.00 + $80.00. I’m trying to see if I can get the charges cancelled because they are still pending, but I am not hopeful.

Same here: ordered 1 bottle $29.95. Received 9 bottles of junk. Called Keto, told them I was returning all of it. Then got my credit card bill, $199.00.& $80.00, & $1.97. Called cc co and entered a dispute. When I received a letter 2 weeks later saying the charges were valid. I tried to call Ketobest, the phone had been shut off. When I tried to find the website – I found others like me. I’ve canceled my line of credit. “Great Timing”

On Facebook, on March 5th I saw an ad for a weight loss product called Ketobesttoday. It offered on e bottle of the product for $29.00. I placed the order with a credit card. I received no email confirmation so I thought the order had not gone through. On March 9th, I checked my credit card statement and they had charged me $80 and then $199.00. I called my credit union to dispute the charges I have received no product and I have called the number on my statement over 20 times and they have not answered the phone. Since I don’t have an email response I have no address to try and recover my money. This company is obviously a scam outfit. I can’t find the original facebook ad as I believe they have deleted it.
Samething happened to me they said that I couldn’t receive my money intill I return the package when it arrives try calling this number 1-855-810-8652 I saved it because they told me I can call them back when I receive the package so they can tell me the return policy
