I ordered what I believed to be a one time order of the keto diet supplements in December 2018 after reading about how it helped celebrities & I believe it was also featured on shark tank. Since then, I have received a delivery every month or so, with no identifying information or invoice. I was also unable to locate my original email confirmation. I was charged $85 twice a month for a Keto Diet Supplement & a Keto Diet cleanse. After much investigation, I was able to locate my original email confirmation. I emailed asking for the charges & deliveries for stop because I hadn’t signed up for them. What followed was weeks of emails back & forth with “Jerry” from their customer services. He would say they can’t locate my account, and ask that I provide a different order number or address. When I would reply refusing to provide that information, he would reply then asking for the first 2 & last 4 digits of my credit card. I’d obviously refuse to provide that, and he’d reply asking for another order number or address for the order. This went back & forth for some time. I found a phone number on my credit card statement that I called & was able to cancel the supposed subscription I had. I did receive email confirmation of this. The last email I received from “Cindy” said that when I accepted the terms & conditions I agreed to monthly deliveries & charges to my credit card. She offered a 50% courtesy refund and asked for my permission to issue it. I wrote back asking how she knew I accepted the terms & conditions if they couldn’t locate my account, as Jerry had told me over & over. I instructed her not to do anything whatsoever with my credit card.
