This website (www.jewellery4sale.com) has false advertisement of Kendra Scott jewelry. I spent $255.38 on their products and the items that I received were not anything close to what I received. Their policy online states that I have up to 30 days after receiving my items to refund the products. The day I received the false products I emailed them for a return. They tied to get me to keep the items and give them to other people as gifts. I explained to them that the items I received were nothing of what I ordered and I sent pictures of what i received and what I should have received. They did not want to return my items. They tried to bribe me with a $10 coupon for the next order…. I would not accept that. They continued to try to bargain with me and give me different amounts of money as a refund. The most they said they could do is refund $35.00 of my $255.38 purchase because I received a good deal with free shipping…. Their company is running the deal of free shipping when spending over 45.00. I continued to tell them that their policy states that I can return the items for a refund and that is what I am owed due to their clearly written policies. They then told me that their warehouse is relocating so they can not receive returns…. Totally unacceptable. This website is defiantly a SCAM. Come to find out….The exact same site scammed my friend and her sister as well. Please shut down this site and do not let anyone else get taken advantage of.
