I received a phone call this morning from Joe Vera with the Franklin County Civil Actions Processing unit. He said I had a claim against me, but as a Franklin County resident, they have to tell me 24 hours ahead so that I would have the opportunity to reach out to Keller& Pilllips. His number was 614-782-8610. He had an accent. He sounded very professional. About 2015, I paid a phony debt collector $800.
