Type of a scam Debt Collections
I received a call from this company stating they had received a complaint from Hamilton county courts in regards to a depth. I asked the company for more information and they refused to tell me. Stating that they have sent out 3 letters to an Knoxville address, funny thing is I live in Hamilton county and have been for the last 6 years. When I told them they had the wrong address he asked me if I had a lawyer. Still refusing to give me information about the depth or case. I called Hamilton county courts and they have no cases for me.
