This company advises they are a free dating site and that in order for you to sign up they need to verify you are over age 18 and in order to do that they need a credit card in your name. They stress on the site that your card will not be "charged" it is only as age and name verification purposes. Within 12 hours they had billed my credit card $39.95 and when I called and questioned the charges I was told the charges were only "pending" and I was not really being charged. I have to now contact my credit card company and cancel the card and have another to replace it before more charges appear. While googling the company I found a whole page dedicated to what this very thing that they are doing, that people are being unknowingly billed anywhere from $39.95 to $120 each month on their credit card and it continues until people actually start to look closely at their statements and its too late then, because they have stolen many persons identity along with their credit card information.
