Adorable papillon puppies for sale. Professional website. Sent a video of "my" new puppy. Was responsive to initial inquiries. Stupid me sent money via Zelle. When making shipping arrangements, there were additional cash charges to an unknown and unverified shipper, with the "promise" of a refund. When I refused, he threatened to turn me in to some governmental agency for puppy abandonment. Now the so called shipper and the "breeder" will not return phone calls or emails.

Found this website Karl Papillon puppies had a nice website on there sending money through email bad move set a took to pet to the airport airport said I needed a electronic thermal crate due to weather conditions used American Airlines which was a bogus website website shipping was Federal shipping Logistics website does come up on search they said they used American Airlines the crate to rent and return said 100% money back guarantee was 1600 bad move and the dog was 650 plus it cost me 46.74 to send the 1600 beware of these two websites I did file a police report

they stated that they were located in Erie, PA and that I could come and pick up the dog but I would have to pay them a deposit so that they could hold the dog for me. They requested $400 to be sent to them through moneygram and supplied information for the transfer* *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** ** *** *** *** I sent the money to the named individual on Tuesday, December 18th
The money was picked up at Giant Food Store at 698 Downingtown Pike, Westchester PA 19380

On December 20th, I texted the individual asking if they received the money and there was no response.
On December 21st, I texted again to check if they had received the money and there was still no response. I checked online and confirmed that the money had been picked up. The phone number was unreachable.
