I ordered two pairs of shoes on September 11, 2019 which arrived about four weeks later. Unfortunately, Chinese shoe sizing must not coincide with US shoe sizing because the shoes did not fit. When I went online to request a refund from the company I discovered there was no refund information online nor included in the packaging. BUYER BEWARE! I sent an online message twice but NO RESPONSE.

KAAUM is advertising shoe products as if it is available in its store. KAAUM advertises selling high quality leather shoes. I a pair of high leather quality shoe just four weeks ago. The reason I ordered the shoe was just to wear it for a graduation ceremony held in three weeks ago. I didn’t received the shoe for the graduation. Then I asked Kaaum to cancel my purchase and refund my money. They emailed me a tracking number and told me Kaaum is not going to refund me. I checked the tracking status. Till today, it is still in Chaina. The only reason I ordered at that time was, I have learned from their website it was in their store. They didn’t mentioned that they are not going to order after they robed my money. I asked them for six times to reimburse me. I have also attached the tracking status that their order is still in China, But still sending me a fake email as if the product is in transit. Besides to this, I have got the chance to read reviews. Most of the customers complain about receiving shoes made of plastic. To be honest, I don’t like Chinese products. Chinese products are the worst poor quality. Had Kauum advertises that the shoes were made of China, let alone for my self, I don’t recoomend my friends to buy any Chinese products. So Kaaum is robbing customers in day light. It is robbery. This kind of theft should be stopped.
