I contacted Shane regarding a French bulldog puppy. I agreed to the purchase agreement. Regarding sending $400 upfront. The puppy was to be shipped, I would pay the remaining after receiving the puppy. A flight nanny was to escort the puppy to my airport. I sent payment with Zelle, as they did not use PayPal. The next day a flight nanny contacted me asking for $1000 for insurance on the puppy. None of this was previously discussed. Seller did say to watch email for itinerary. The text I received and emails were in consistent. Seller refused to answer emails/ text. I have reported them to my bank as well. The email address listed is linked to 3 other French bulldog websites. If he was a real breeder, the situation would have been rectified. Also I contacted local airport, the insurance is not needed to ship a puppy.
