The account on instagram had a huge amount of followers, he said he had a going back to school sale and other times had different types of sales, he said he would sell me 3 pairs of shoes for $350 I proceed to money to send the money he then blocked me off his Instagram account which is still active and does not answer my phone calls and I haven’t seen the shoes nor a tracking number !
