Type of a scam Online Purchase

I placed an order on 5/16 for a custom face mask. I emailed them on 6/28 since I had not been notified that the mask had shipped. I received a reply with an apology for the delay due to COVID-19 and a link for the tracking. After checking the tracking several times, I emailed the company again requesting a refund of my money if the mask was not going to be delivered. I also noted to them that the package has supposedly been cross country at least twice. I don’t expect that my money will be refunded nor the mask delivered.
