Hello,
I purchased goods online (my daughter requested for a Christmas present), I did not received the goods, those people do not have a phone number on their web site. I have sent them many emails and messages on their web site. No response. I called USPS and I was told a shipping label was created for the order but it was never mailed to me.
My credit card was charged on November 27th:
