I was on Comcast paying my bill and it poped up and I took a survey , they ask a lot of questions about how I like Comcast and they gave me a watch for $ 5.99 so I took it . then in October they billed my account for $78.00 so I called them and they were only going to credit my account 58.00 and said the other 20.00 was for a restock fee
