Ordered 2 products for $6.95 ea. After ordering (was told it would be a trial type order) gave pause & called. Customer service informed me there would be no other charges & nothing to do afterwards. If I liked the product I could order more at regular price. I asked again if I would have to call to cancel or send product back & customer service agent, foreign male voice, stated no. Just use the product if I like it contact back for more if I didn’t that was it. I was checking my charge card today & seen 2 charges for $94.90 ea. Could not find the name of the company as it is not on the receipt or on the charge on my CC. I found the original email receipt with the same phone number on each of them but nothing linking except the [email protected] return email address. No name, nothing. I checked my CC for more information & found a different phone number on each of them as well as 2 different names, radiantenhanceflawless & absoluteevolutiondietm. After searching the internet I found 2 different websites under the same name with the same physical address & 2 different phone numbers. I called 3 different times on 3 different numbers & received the run around. System was down they would call me back. Never received a call back. Offered 30% back, I said no I want full amount. Offered 35%, again told them no. Offered 50%, again refused. Offered 75%, again refused. Informed them I wanted the full amount returned, $94.90 x 2 in the amount of $189.90. They stated I would receive the full amount returned on my card in 3-5 business days. Today is July 28, 2020 & the call was placed @6:00pm CST & lasted 11 min. @phone number; (855) 753-8474. If I do not receive the full amount I will be logging a formal complaint
