Was offered a trial of their face cream for shipping and handling fees. I agreed to this only.
($4.95) I received the cream and was then charged $94.95 twice for a total of $189.00
I called to ask why and I was offered 30% of my money back if I agreed to ‘settle’. I did not settle.
I disputed the charge with my credit card company, put a block on them from charging me again and
I returned the merchandise. Once I refused to ‘settle’ for 30% of my money and I was told if I returned the merchandise I would receive a complete refund.
Their website was deceptive as I never agreed to purchase anything let alone a small bottle of face cream for
$189.00.
