On April 5, 2020, I ordered 2- small dog harnesses from Joyride Harness. They give a percentage of every sale to help animal organizations. This was one of the reason that I chose to do my business with them. On April 11 , 2020 I received an email stating my items were shipped. As of April 21, 2020, I still haven’t received items and none of my messages to Joyride Harness have been returned. Their 888# doesn’t have anyone who answers and eventually hangs up on you. Their ’24/7 LIVE CHAT’ doesn’t work either. I just want my order canceled and I want an email from the company stating that they’ve canceled order and my credit card was credited. Many complaints from people on social media also
