I am another dissatisfied customer of Joycheers as we purchased a Truck Horn through them which clearly stated on the invoice that it included a compressor with it. When the parcel finally arrived there was no compressor or hose line with it.
I have been in contact with the [email protected] asking why the compressor was not in the box and wanted it sent to us at not extra cost to us. Their reply was that their supplier said the compressor was not required and should be able to be hooked up as it is. When I said that we paid for the complete unit as described they then offered a whole 10% refund as compensation so we do not have to send back the part we did receive.
Still trying to get the missing part sent to us, but am not liking our chances. They keep taking ages now to get back to me whenever I get in touch with them. Like others have stated, I have encountered the same message trying to access their store front website.
I will keep trying but I am not recommending them to anyone else. I will be warning them to steer clear.
I ordered three items from JoyCheers about a month ago and have neither received an indication that the items have been shipped, I have also attempted the online storefront which says it is not working. I am into them for $100 and have never received a thing indicating they will honor their commitment. Apparently, JoyCheers is a front for a Chinese parent company.

Type of a scam Online Purchase
Made a purchase in the amount of $73.76 using my citi card from joycheers.com on 4/23/2020. Emailed about expected delivery on 4/24. Received a what appeared to be a canned email response from [email protected] After 2 more emails neither of which elicited responses, I went to the website joycheers.com again and found the storefront had a message saying the store is temporarily closed for maintenance. Searched and found nothing legitimate on the web about joycheers or Sivint LLC, an entity unknown to me at the time of purchase but payment was made to. Apparently joycheers has an account on BigCommerce which I also know nothing about.
In my researching joycheers and the product description of the item I was purchasing I noticed there was what I assume is a real company (Haven Tents) that I believe joycheers had stolen images for their advertising.
Citi must know something about this as a scam because they immediately credited our account permanently when I disputed the charge this morning.
