Type of a scam Online Purchase
Through an ad on social media, i came across this company Joybii who has a couple different products, including little gadgets, jewelry, and such things. i purchased and item and received and email immediately about my purchase, on 9/18/17 which said i would receive another email in a couple days when my order has shipped. It is currently 11/12/17 and i have yet to receive and email of my item being shipped, the money has been taken from my account, and i have tried to reach them several times through email and even Facebook messenger, about my order and there has never been a reply. At one part of the websit it says to allow 4-6 week for delivery as it is coming from China. i am beyond that point now and still have been ignored for a months worth of emails. i have even run across someone else online who has had the same experience with them.
