Received a call on my cell phone from unknown number (727) 420-5520 = I answered said hello and a mans voice (sounded like a robocall) said: "Hi this is Josh from Customer Service Department… Can you hear me ok? I hung up. I called the phone number back and it went into an auto voice mail system. I did not leave a message.

I received a recorded phone call from 417-450-4171 that said "Hello this is Josh from the customer service department. Can you hear me ok?" I immediately hung up after the can you hear me part. It never said what company "Josh" represented just that he was from the customer service department
