I ordered 4 Ralph Lauren Polo shirts from Jordamo.com a couple of months ago. When they arrived, they were clearly counterfeit, and of extremely poor equality. The shirts were so badly counterfeit, it was hard to even tell that it was a Ralph Lauren Polo logo that they were trying to re-create. I immediately paid the postage to send the items back to Jordamo.com to get a refund. They had told me that my money would be refunded within 14 business days of receiving the returned items. It has now been over a month since they received my returned items, and after repeated phone calls and emails, they have still yet to issue a refund although they acknowledged receipt of the returned items. At this point, I am not very confident I will be receiving any refunds, but I wanted to warn any future customers that JORDAMO.COM IS A COMPLETE SCAM. At this point, I am less concerned with the $130 refund and more concerned with the blatant immorality in which this [censored] company operates.

I placed a very expensive order for a product (Burberry Brit Men’s Crew Neck Cotton T-Shirt) on September 12th, 2018 from the Jordamo website. This seemed to be the only "store" to have this product since it was sold out everywhere else. The website had FAQ’s, a privacy policy section, and a Terms and Conditions page. The very next day after my order was placed I received an email stating that the item was "out of stock" and that this would cause a delay in my ordering process and they were "working hard to rectify this". I called that same evening and it went straight to a message operator, as it did for the next few days as I tried to call. After the weekend, I called today (Monday Sept. 17th) and was surprisingly connected to a person. I told him my problem and he said his system was currently down and to call back in 10 minutes – I didn’t even get the chance to tell him I would rather wait on the phone so that we would not be disconnected before he hung up on me. Three minutes pass and I call back, no answer. I called back on private and the same man answered the phone. I told him we were disconnected and he said his system was now somehow working. He asked me a few questions (I suppose because he was pretending to look up my order) but never asked for an order/reference number. He said the order has been canceled and I will be getting my money back, and he hung up on me again. I called back once more and asked for some proof of information so that I knew the order has been canceled and to stop hanging up on me and he began going off about how I should just call to dispute my order with the bank, and that there is no order number for returns/cancellations; he was sighing on the phone and became very frustrated with handling the situation. I told him I wanted my money back and to provide me with accurate information and he hung up. It is obvious that they aren’t a real company and definitely scammed me for the money. Luckily, I placed the order on a pre-paid MasterCard that was gifted to me. I called the card company and filed a dispute to cancel the transaction. I now have to wait 45 business days for Jordamo to respond to the dispute and possibly another 90 days before I even see the money returned to me. Do not buy from this website; very unprofessional and rude customer service.
