Call from Jonathan Addison, Indian accent. Told me I won the Publisher’s Clearing House sweepstakes, but I had to pay $199 up front on a Money Gram card from Wal-Mart. He called from 1-866-996-5997 and told me to send the money to a Norwalk, CT adress, but never gave me the address.
