The scammer said he is part of California Charters and Tours. He said he was picking up people for a Vegas trip on October 26th, 2019 from multiple cities. In order to reserve a spot on the bus we had to pay ahead of time $65 per person. I called and paid $130 for 2 people with a debit card. A day before the trip I asked were we where suppose to meet for the bus and what time. The scammer said that the trip was cancelled because not a lot of people reserved spots and said he would refund me my money. I waited almost two months and tried contacting him via text message and got no response. My mom found him on Facebook a couple weeks later and told him about the issue. He called and texted me stating they sent a check for my refund through the postal office three weeks prior to December 2, 2019. To this day I have not received my refund.
