Dear * *,

I know this letter has come to you as a surprise as we have never met before or handled any business transaction in the past. However, I am contacting you with genuine intentions and I hope that I can trust you in this business opportunity which I explain below

My name is Mr John Kozoriz, an account manager with RD Canada Trust Bank, Ontario Canada. I returned your contact information in my search for a relative to a deceased customer of our bank Mr * *, an American citizen, who lived and died here in Canada from Cardiac Arrest in the year 2008. Unfortunately this customer died interstate leaving his bank account with an open beneficiary status. All efforts made by our bank to locate his relatives have been unsuccessful, and as a result I decided to write you, since I have monitored this account for some years now and no one has come forth with any claim. I would like to present you to our bank as his next of kin to claim his dormant account worth $9.7 Million USD (Mine Million Seven Hundred Thousand US Dollars) only.

You will apply to the bank as an extended relative to the deceased customer while I work from the inside to make sure all the needed information and evidences are provided to you to back up your claim. The account has an open beneficiary status, this it is very possible for you to come forth and successfully claim the funds as the next of kin and beneficiary, since he is from the U.S. and you both share the same last name. If we do not make a claim to this account as soon as possible, the funds will be reverted back to the coffers of the Government as an unclaimed estate at the expiration of a 10 year dormancy period which is sometime this year, given that the account has been dormant since the year 2008.

I assure you that this transaction would be handled under due inheritance claim procedures and every legitimate arrangement will be adopted to keep you free from any breach of the law, as there is nothing to be worried about in the entire process. Once the funds are released to you, it will be shared between the two of us.

Please send your response to my personal email [email protected] .com indicating readiness to proceed. If you wish to speak with me on the phone, I would be glad to provide you with my cell phone number. I am here to assist you and as well handle the concerns that you may have. I will provide you with more details on how to approach the bank, and will urge you to keep the confidentiality of this proposal at this stage until we are able to get the funds from the bank.

I await your response.

Sincerely.

Mr John Kozoriz
