I originally ordered a curler (https://www.jhelectroniccommerce.com/products/90-offlast-day-promotion-2-in-1-m…⇄ from this website after being linked to it from within social media. It looked legit. When I FINALLY received the product, the iron was in a generic straightening iron case (even though it was a CURLER). Within the case was the 34.99 curler with reference material pointing to tymestyle.com giving me the impression this was the same curler (which retails for 190 ONLY from tymestyle.com or amazon.com). After contacting tymestyle.com about the failure of the iron to work on my hair they let me know that people have been stealing their property and remarketing it as their own, which is what seems to have been done. The support at joeir claim they have a 14 day non-use return policy, but the marketing material I got with the iron stated a 30 day money back guarantee (as tymestyle.com supports). Joeir and jhelectronics has failed to return my emails requesting a refund or any communications whatsoever. SCAM. Stay far away!!!
