I received a phone call from one 800-642-5616 they’re telling me that my software Windows software needs to be renewed or whatever but they won’t tell me any other information and I told him that the computer is not working and they keep hanging up on me so I figured this is a scam but I just want to make sure that you have the phone number maybe you can look into this I keep telling them the computer is not in use and hasn’t been that I can’t turn it on I can’t charge it and they keep hanging up on me they want to charge me $399 on a credit card that they have and they won’t give me the credit card number that they will use so I think it’s a scam help me
