John Marshell is a compete scammer
This attorney found our information online regarding a bankruptcy claim we are owed. He acted liked he was part of the bankruptcy and without phone call or any other communication emailed us. He emailed acting like it was how we were to collect on our final claim on my former employer bankruptcy but in fact he was a third party trying to scam us. He was trying to collect on our claim for much less than what is worth. He asked for multiple signed documents that sounded like my claim but in fact he was buying my claim for $3,000 less than what is worth. Without communication besides email, it sounded like my honest claim to collect my money but he was trying to buy it for much less. I unfortunately didn’t read the document close enough to find out he was a scammer and he then send me this note after asking for him to stop the transaction. ‘ I have no problem having that battle….would be a bit of fun, actually….and what the heck, my lawyers have to eat as well and with what I pay them for the bigger asset deals, I might as well make them earn it a bit more by covering this one too “.
