I order the jive mini pods from a mobile app ad and I have Received an email stating that my order was received and it gave me a tracking number and a place to track it. I tried to track it and it says it is not in the system. I’ve called the The company 3 times and have been told I would receive a nother e-mail with tracking number. I have not received this email and the Web site that they gave me to track it shows there is no tracking number. I was told a supervisor would call me back and I have not received a call.
